In the movies, our hero is almost
always a non-conformist, who saves the day by bending the rules. Other
charcters will refer to
him or her as:
It may also be suggested that such a person:
- is going to get us all killed
- has thrown away the rule book
- should hand in their badge
Having saved the day, such a person will gain the grudging admiration of all, and may say that they
did what they
had to do.
