This was the term that the lovely Louisiana gentleman, James Carville, used to describe a young girl, Paula Jones, from Lonoke, AR. She wound up in a weird place at the wrong time, and had the future President of the United States dropping trou and showing her his undersized member. The place was the Excelsior Hotel in Little Rock. His photos are still on prominent display there, although there's not one of him with his pants down. Pity. Perhaps the Clinton Monument Committee is working on that in a more permanent form. Anyway, Carville's words were, "If you drag a hunnert dollar bill thru a trailer park, blah blah blah." I can't remember the whole quote because the sound of his voice in my mind has made me have to stick an icepick in my ear. |
