You must have seen one of these before when reading a newspaper article or watching an educational television show. It is when, instead of presenting you with hard facts in numerical form, the information is put forth in some sort of stupid, pointless argument:

"If you piled this many sandwiches on top of eachother they would reach the moon"

"If you were to stretch out their small intestine, it would span the US of A"

...etc. How I yearn for plain facts, plainly said.
