| Wacky Tobaccy is a phrase most people use to describe weed - (marijuana, pot, grass, herb, bud, ganja, hemp, etc.) In fact, I don't think I ever have heard it used as a synonym for tobacco.
"Look at that! A whole field of wacky weed! Quick! Get me some rolling papyrus!"
