Jack Handey is an Emmy Award-winning comedy writer who lives in Manhattan, and "claims to be a real person." He is the author of Deep Thoughts, Deeper Thoughts, Deepest Thoughts, the Lost Deep Thoughts, Fuzzy Memories, and probably some others that I'm not aware of. Though not an actual SNL cast member, his stuff might in fact be the funniest they've aired since -- a long time ago.
