A mysterious figure who was connected with the abduction of several small children in Bram Stoker's Dracula. The children were found abandoned with small puncture wounds on their necks. It was later discovered that the Bloofer Lady was really Lucy Westenra, who had also been seen with the same marks before she died from blood loss in her home. Her own wounds eventually turned her into a vampire. Lucy's fiancé Arthur ended up driving a stake through her heart while in her tomb.
