I had the fortune of encountering this cheese tonight. It is made from ewe or goat milk and has a soft texture. It is rolled in rosemary and sometimes with juniper berry and chilli pepper. It is a little salty, but elegant and delicate. It comes from Corsica. The name translates literally as "little bit of love" and is also known as Fleur du Maquis.
