Coined by Ronald Reagan, at the press conference announcing his (ill-fated) 1976 presidential bid: "Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow Republican". But, come to think of it, many later Reagan Administration officials ran afoul of Heinlein's version ("thou shalt not get caught"), though somehow Reagan ended up a saint and Oliver North ended up a talk show stud.
