A Novel by John Irving. Like most, it is a black comedy but it is worth noting that it is the first one in which a women is the main character. It concerns a woman who grew up without a mother and lived with a womanizing father. It has the usual sex, odd occurrences, and strange characters that are typical of a John Irving novel. I'd recommend it.
