prescription medicine.
It can be used to
calm people down if they are having a
panic attack and/or
suffering from
severe anxiety.
Generically,
Ativan is called
Lorazepam.
It is a
drug taken as needed, up to 3 times a day. An adult
dose is usually 0.5
mg.
