Look at those two numbers. That's just what I can do with a rudimentary knowledge of algebra and statistics. Imagine what a college educated statistics major can do to poor, defenseless numbers.
There are lies, damned lies, and statistics. I learned that about 15 years ago, and I see it new almost every day. Whenever someone starts talking in numbers, I get very, very wary.
