Chairface Chippendale, the most evil of villians in The Tick. As the name implies, instead of a head the poor fellow has a chair. Among his evil schemes, he attempted to write his name across the face of the moon, only to have his plot foiled&by The Tick (leaving CHA on the moon, the media automatically assumed that Charro was behind the plot). Chairface also succeeded in stealing The Tick's body in another episode.
