Military lingo for "Cluster Fuck," a phrase attributed to a mission or operation in which officers from various commands and branches are unaware of what their counterparts are doing, effectively butting heads and giving orders that cause their subordinates to have conflicting orders, unclear objectives, etc.

Also techie & doctor slang for "completely fucked". Useful for situations where you wouldn't want to swear, or want to convey the severity of a situation to a colleauge whilst keeping it hidden from a customer/patient/victim.
