Faeryland French toast

Here's a fairly common and easy way to make French toast. Try this for a spring morning when you've got a small crowd waiting for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and cinnamon. Remove crusts from bread. Heat butter in skillet. Dip bread slices in beaten egg mix. Turn each slice to coat. Fry until golden brown, turning, and adding butter as needed. Sprinkle with brown sugar or syrup.

Yield: 8 slices
