Until April 6th, 2002, Hill Giant was one of two boxes that ran E2 with its twin "Spectre". HillGiant handled the Database, while Spectre handled the web traffic. HillGiant and Spectre are the two machines that replaced the aging Sebastian. They are mirror images of each other being both Dual PIII-733's with a GIG of ram each (VA Linux FullOn 2200's).

Now that new equipment has been moved in, Hillgiant will probably take up duties as a replicated copy of the new server (to do backups).
