I like the Sprite in you

Advertising slogan for Sprite, a lemon-lime soda. This catchphrase was featured in commercials that made it seem as if "Sprite" meant "spunk" (no comment on the taste, I'm sure) or "energy" or "spark".

This slogan never parsed correctly on the first pass, because as a geek child I thought of Sprite (no article) as a soft drink and a sprite (with an article) as a block of pixels.

Now that I'm a grown-up geek and have seen GIFs of women doing interesting things with soda bottles, the slogan is still difficult to parse -- but at least now it has a certain offbeat appeal.
