The informal club consisting of all those people who immediately download, compile and use every new minor release of the Linux kernel as soon as it appears on kernel.org. There are three main reasons to do this:

• For bragging rights - perhaps the most frequent reason.
• To look through the source and contribute - the most noble reason
• Hoping that this new release will finally contain the bugfix that makes a piece of hardware you own work properly - my reason
