Le Roy d'Espagne is a cafe that you will easilly find on the Grand'Place (Grot Markt) in Brussels (Belgium).
With its wooden ceiling making its ambience so warm and intimate, you will soon appreciate to organize your Rendez-Vous there to share some tartines and typical Belgian Beers (such as a Gueuze Lambic, Chimay Grande Reserve, Kwak, Hoegarden, etc.) with your friends.
Until 1999, what was, IMHO, the best beverage in this place was the Lambic Bellevue pot. they would let it fermentate in their own cellar and its delicate taste was very close to the taste of cider.
Their cellar then burnt and they have never been able to rebuild it.
I since discovered the Liefmann's Raspberry- flavoured beer (Elected several times "best bottled beer" in some English tornament).
