Missed me, missed me, now you gotta kiss me

Childhood taunt given by a target, directed at an attacker hurling a projectile (rock, water balloon, red utility ball), after the projectile has missed.

The near-victim calls attention to the lousy aim of the attacker, and suggests a less painful (for the victim) yet more humiliating (for the attacker) resolution to whatever conflict instigated the attack.
