A classic drink from one of my favourite bars, Stadt Jever, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Take a big soup spoon, fill 1/3 of it with sugar, 1/3 with soluble coffee, then pour over it all rum you can fit there (that's why it's necessary a big spoon!).

Swallow it at once - it's great for sleepiness, or to prepare yourself for a Chilly Willy (a.k.a. sniffing vodka) or one more Yellow Submarine.
