Derogatory term for someone whose value system finds things desirable beyond what you find consciously palatable. The funny part is that the sicko probably feels the same about you with regard to your lack of acceptance in their indulgences. Who's right? Is everything really acceptable? Are there lines that should't be crossed? Who gets to judge?
