A melodic, lyrically intense band. Sixpence is best known for "Kiss Me". Their music has appeared in movies and several tv shows, including Dawson's Creek. "Kiss Me" was even played at a Royal Wedding. They take their name from a story by C.S.Lewis

Their last album was produced by Contemporary Christian Music's pre-eminent producer and ever satirical Steve Taylor
