Bill Kreutzmann - drums (formerly of the Grateful Dead)
Sy Klopps - vocals
Michael DiPirro - bass
Ralph Woodson - guitar, vocals
Steve Parish - Production and Executive Management

Their first single "Dice With The Universe", was co-written by long-time Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter.
