The dying words of "Deep Throat" in the first season of The X-Files. Spoken to Dana Scully as inspiration and warning for her and Fox Mulder.

Became the mantra of the X-Files television show in subsequent seasons.

A good and wise rule for Conspiracy Theorists, Microsoft Employees and Sneaky Bastards.

This phrase itself is an oxymoron. Obviously, the speaker of this message needs the recipient to trust him. However, this message itself says not to trust anyone. This anyone includes the speaker, and this speaker is telling the listener NOT to listen to him, creating a whole new paradox.
