A slang phase 12agnarok uses way to freaking much. Like other slang, it depends on the context said, which coast you say it in, what time of day it is, how tall you are, or other wierd cultural factors that keep popping up. Its a good technique to attach yo to the end of 'kick it'.

Two examples:

I kick it yo in the wasteland. This means 'I hang around this dusty place for phun'.

or

I am going to kick it with this tasty babe. This means 'I am going to go have innocent, non-threating, phun with this desirable person'.
