When quaffed, a potion of enlightenment will allow you to see your attributes in exactly the same manner they are revealed when you die (except this time, the phrase "You are dead." will be absent). This potion is especially useful to figure out if you can safely pray.

A blessed potion of enlightenment also confers 1 point of Intelligence. The cursed version has no effect and abuses your Wisdom ("You have an uneasy feeling"). No effect if thrown or if the vapor is inhaled.
