A variation on the normal garden variety piledriver. In this version, the victim is facing the executor rather than both men facing in the same direction. Basically, picture a standing up sixty-nine. It generally looks pretty gross, but is somewhat safer than a normal piledriver.

Kane uses this as his finishing move, and the Undertaker has as well from time to time.
