To make vanilla ice cream you will need:

• 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup turbinado sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Whip with mixer until stiff. Add evaporated milk and yogurt. Mix 30 seconds on low speed.

Cover and put in freezer. Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (~5 hours).

Serves 4.
