passwords that suck
A friend sent me this error in an email. It shows up in Windows 2000 Professional, Server and Advanced Server. It happens when you log into an MIT realm and try to change your password.
Were this not an error and indeed a requirement, not only would logging in take the better half of the day to complete, but you would indeed have a password that sucks.
Your password must be at least 18770 characters and cannot repeat any of your previous 30689 passwords. Please type a different password. Type a password that meets these requirements in both text boxes.
Unless, of course, you are running service pack one, then the amount of characters needed is only 17,145.
