The road to hell and all that... I'd been meaning to participate in FitQuest once I'd recovered from Edinburgh's Hogmanay antics, but I made it to the gym precisely once in the first three weeks. I can only use my thesis writing as an excuse for so many things - I'd dropped my Norwegian class and not taken on any teaching commitments for the semester to reduce the number of distractions - so this week I decided to make the effort. Also, I'd finally found out where the rowing machines were.
Workout log for 18/i/10 to 24/i/10:
- Monday: 1 hour of bouldering. (Indoor at the Pleasance; 6th session since paying for membership almost 3 months ago!)
- Wednesday: 45 minutes of bouldering (Pleasance); 2 kilometres on Concept II rowing machine (damper setting 4).
- Sunday: 45 minutes of bouldering (Pleasance); 2 kilometres on Concept II (damper setting 6).
