g*d-darned stupid hidden memory resident programs that reside in the computer's memory and log your keystrokes to a log file without you knowing. they especially seek out what you type after keywords such as "username" and "password".

I've just found one resident in memory in this public access computer terminal (which is, sadly, running Windows95) and, on searching through the files for recently added files, there's at least 4 other programs left around the various directories. sheesh. I can't even change my password securely because *that* will be logged too. grrr....

when I find out who did this ... he'll know what's coming because he's probably going to read this ...
