The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was a four-engine heavy bomber used by Allied forces during World War II. The Liberator was built in larger numbers than the B-17 (about 18,000) and could carry more bombs over a longer range, but was a pain in the ass to fly, and couldn't take as much damage as the Flying Fortress. Used a dual-tail similar to the smaller B-25 Mitchell.
