Game Gear game consists of
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and
Sonic Spinball.
The game was never released in the USA and had a limited production run in Europe. Other than a simple menu to choose a game from, there is nothing new in the cartridge that cannot be found on the original games. Your best bet to track one down is a used game shop that carries imports or search the Internet for the ROM. Of course, one could just pick up the two cartridges that contain the original games and be just as well off.
