Ingredients:
- Set the oven to 200°C.
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, since they won't be peeled.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, six per potato is about right.
- Place wedges in a baking dish (preferably nonstick) with the skin down.
- Mist with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle on breadcrumbs and spices.
- Mist again.
- Bake for approx 40 minutes.
Serve as a side dish or by themselves with a dip.
