A character in The Vision of Escaflowne. He was taught swordsmanship by the great Balgus, and there seems to be some kind of friendly rivalry in the background between him and Van Fanel. I can't quite decide if he's a main character or a secondary character. He is brave, chivalrous, and bishounen - all the qualities associated with a knight.
