She was made of steel
in a world of shifting sand.
She could pluck the stars
from the sky
to fix in her jewelery.
She wore Pluto 'round her neck
and regularly reminded it
of its demotion
out of spite.
She tore the universe at its seams
for fashion's sake.
She pierces me
with those Saturn eyes.
