A tasty, but overly sweet, ale produced by the Belhaven Brewery, Scotland's oldest brewery (est. 1719). It has a thick, nutty flavor which can sometimes be a little too much mixed with the caramel-sweet flavor. It's a good starter beer, but not something I tend to want more than one of.
