Boris Badenov was the arch-nemesis of Rocky and Bullwinkle, though they never knew it. He reported in to Fearless Leader in Pottsylvania for his orders. He typically botched the orders, while wearing many disguises to fool Rocky and Bullwinkle. He had a partner in crime, Natasha Nogoodnik.

Seen in the cartoon Rocky and Bullwinkle.
