CCS (Centa Call Second) is a measurement of circuit occupancy. One call second is one call with a duration of one second. CCS is 100 of those units.

36 CCS per hour is the equivalent of one erlang. At one erlang, a circuit has seen one hour of occupancy in a one hour interval, or 100% utilization.
