Damon and Naomi is the post-Galaxie 500 band formed by Naomi Yang and Damon Krukowski. Unlike Dean Wareham and Luna, the two stay firmly rooted in Today-era Galaxie 500, stripped-down, arty and pulasting. Still, for those of you missing albums of heart-breaking, twinkly feedback, try the first three. Their newest release is Damon and Naomi with Ghost, which features the Japanese psych-folk band, Ghost. (naw!) It's rilly different. But lovely, all the same.
