In Animaniacs, Dr. Scratchansniff is the studio psychiatrist whose job it is to control the Warners' zaniness. He never does seem to succeed, however his assistant, Hello Nurse always catches the attention of Yakko and Wakko and they all then lose track of what mischief they were up to. Dr. Scratchy, as the Warners call him, is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
