A device in Sluggy Freelance, constructed by Bun-Bun as part of his plan to kill Santa Claus. It was unleashed near Santa's workshop. We never got to see what it did, only its effects (a big huge explosion). But I assume it went something like this:

whirr... click..."wibble... eep"...whirr...tick...*sneeze*..."baywatch"...whirr...tick...tock..."time to die"...tick...*BOOM*
