A chain of barber shops located in the Northeast US and possibly other places. You can get a pretty decent haircut for $12 or so. Stereotypically occupied by a bunch of votech cosmetology girls and a gay guy who will chat about matters totally oblivious to you as they chop away at your hair. Their slogan consists of the meaningless "Because a good haircut is a good haircut" and some of their stores in the inner city contain a "Do not carry concealed weapons inside" sign. All in all its not a bad place, though I'm sure there are places which are both cheaper and of better quality.
