City on the east coast of Florida, located south of Hollywood, north of Aventura, and east of Miramar. Population, especially along the beach, is largely seasonal but numbers in the tens of thousands, with many snowbirds from Canada and New England migrating to the city in the fall and returning in the spring. Most noteworthy feature is Gulfstream Park, home of horse racing's Florida Derby.
