You can order a Happy Waitress at one of the two Double T Diners near Baltimore, Maryland. The happy waitress is basically an open face grilled cheese sandwich. It consists of two pieces of grilled white bread, some melty American cheese, bacon, and tomato slices. It generally comes with french fries and sometimes a pickle.

The best part of getting the Happy Waitress is ordering it. The only times that I have frequented the Double T are late at night/ass early in the morning and the wait staff is usually less than happy.

Modnar: I'd like a Happy Waitress, please, and a Sprite.

Double T Waitress: I'm sorry we don't have any of those here.

Modnar: Alright, I'll take the Crabby Waitress then.
