Running gag featured in the classic Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons where our hero, Bullwinkle, occasionally attempts this old stage magician's trick. Unfortunately, instead of extracting a rabbit, the big, goofy moose usually dragged out a lion or other ferocious beast.

Rocky: Again?? That trick never works.

Bullwinkle: This time for sure.

Lion: ROARRRR!!

Rocky: Wrong hat!

Bullwinkle: I take a size seven and a half.

Bullwinkle: Guess I don't know my own strength.
