Like how you worry about whether flowers feel pain when we pick them or if it feels like trees are losing a part of themselves when their leaves fall, and how you wonder whether that ladybug left behind little ladybug footprints when it landed on your glasses, and how you know exactly what caterpillars dream about while they're waiting to be butterflies. The thought processes that must be necessary to realize these things seem so foreign to me, and at the same time, so attractive. I think maybe I'm getting there, little by little (thanks to you.)

Of course, I've had my own strange and beautiful thoughts. I'm not a robot (or at least, I'm a close enough approximation of a person for it to still work) but they're always on much larger scales. Grand, universal, cosmic kind of silliness. Serious silliness, but silliness still. Which is also good. Maybe together, we can fill in all the gaps.

You really are a rainbow sprinkle in the Dunkaroos of life.
