Established on January 25, 1958, these medals were awarded to members of the KGB who served with excellence over periods of 10, 15, and 20 years.

All medals have a red and blue ribbon, with yellow bands indicating how long you've been in the KGB.
10 years
Solid gold-plated brass, stamped with the Soviet star and hammer and sickle. Roman numeral X appears below the star.
15 years
Silver-plated brass disk, with a gold star, hammer and sickle. Roman numeral XV appears below the star.
20 years
Solid silver disk, with a blood-red star and silver hammer and sickle. Roman numeral XX appears below the star.
