The LDH is an International French-speaking organization aimed at offering a different point of view on financial and technical facts.
Since 1997, they set up a web site "http://www.ldh.org" on which appear their "dossiers", which are made after their meeting's reports compiled by Laurent Poulain (Aka Fractalman).
This site generates lots of traffic.
Actuality (Dec2000/Jan2001): The French organization La Ligue Française des Droits de l'Homme is currently trying to force them to abandon their domain name and has just asked for the WIPO's help, arguing that they are cybersquatters.
Hence this definition.
