MINTED BEANS AND CARROTS

The quantities given below are for a single parcel =)

Ingredients
1/2 small carrot, cut into sticks a little thicker than a matchstick
2-3 string beans, cut into 2 inch pieces and halved lengthwise
good knob of softened butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
1/8-1/4 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Method
Mix the carrots and the beans. Top with lemon juice, mint, salt, pepper and sugar. Dot with butter. Wrap in a foil, sealing the edges tightly.
Grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Yummy!
